crafty in the woods

I made this card using the Christmas Everywhere kit from Stampin Up! The kit comes with everything you need to make 9 cards but adding a few additional items, you can double the cards!!! I like to cut the cards in half, use some basic white cardstock, and let my imagination go wild. The card above was made by cutting the envelope, 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″, adhering to basic white cardstock (8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ and folded). I stamped a 3″ x 3″ square of basic white using the stamps in the kit. I used a 2″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Pretty Peacock for first layer, then a 2″ x 3″ piece cut from the kit cards (Granny Apple Green), and finally a 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ piece cut from the kit cards (Pretty Peacock) behind the basic white that I stamped. For the sentiment I simply used the white size of the labels from the kit. Below are the items that I used for this card
